WDO Inspections

A WDO inspection is an important part of any home inspection.

A WDO inspection and report deals with all "Wood Destroying Organisms", Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites, Powder Post Beetles, Wood Decay Fungi, Etc.

Most home lending companies require a WDO report to complete a loan.

All of our WDO inspections are performed by a qualified, State Certified Inspector.  You will receive a FDACS 13645 report via email same day of inspection.
